What are the shipping costs?

Good news! We ship all over the world, for free! So you don't have to worry about extra costs if you want to order something from us.

How will my parcel be shipped?

In general, all our orders are delivered to your home by FedEx, UPS or DHL.

However, the choice of shipping company may vary on a case-by-case basis, depending on the volume of the order or special shipments.

How long is the delivery time?

We apply a cut-off time 12:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam).

There are two delivery times:

1) Processing time (Mon-Fri):
Your order will be reviewed, approved and packed within 1-3 working days of placing the order. The package will then be prepared for shipment.

2) Delivery time (Mon-Fri):
When our carrier collects the parcel, it goes to your address: 4-8 working days*.

*All delivery times do not include customs delays. Delays may occur during seasonal periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from us with the exact delivery details. You can then use your tracking number to track your package at any time on our own tracking page:

With which payment method can I pay?

We offer our customers 100% secure and encrypted payment options.

During the checkout process on our website, it is possible to select the following secure payment methods:

How can I change my order details?

To change the billing address or delivery address of a placed order, we ask you to contact our customer service via our contact form or by e-mail at support@stepcomfort.co. Here we will be happy to help you!

Didn't receive an order confirmation?

Occasionally, our order confirmation e-mails may be seen as spam by some e-mail providers. Therefore, please check your spam folder there first.

If you have not received an order confirmation there either, please contact our customer service team via our contact form or at support@stepcomfort.co

Cancel and return?

Not satisfied with your ordered items or found quality defects after receipt? Then contact our team within 30 days of receiving the product to arrange a return or exchange.
